The "Face-Off" 30 day Workout Challenge
We’re not new to this we’re true to this. We’ve been on our health/fitness journey for two years. Between the two of us we’ve loss over 150 pounds!
Everyone always asks “How did you do it.” After many failed attempts, we made up in our mind that quitting wasn’t an option. We are accountability partners. We still “fall off” from time to time because we like good food, but instead of not working out for weeks; we get right back on it.

Live Zoom workout sessions will be held Monday-Thursday. The circuits are beginner friendly, and each exercise circuit ONLY requires 20-30 min to complete!
